Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Stuart Bilton, CFA is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aston Asset Management and a member of the Management Committee. He is a Trustee of the Aston Funds and was Chairman of the Board of Trustees from the inception of the Aston Funds in 1993 until 2010. He is Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee which is responsible for the selection and monitoring of all Subadviser relationships. Prior to forming Aston Asset Management (with seven other partners) in 2006, Mr. Bilton held a variety of positions with ABN AMRO Asset Management (USA) and Alleghany Asset Management including President and Chief Executive Officer.
