Proposed Merger of the Fund
At a meeting held on December 13, 2012, the Board of Trustees of the Aston Funds Trust approved the merger of this Fund into the ASTON Small Cap Growth Fund (also run by Andrew Morey), subject to the approval of shareholders. If approved by the shareholders, the merger will occur as soon as practicable, likely on or about March 31, 2013.
Note: Small-cap stocks are considered riskier than large-cap stocks due to greater potential volatility and less liquidity.
