Q&A - ASTON/Anchor Capital Enhanced Equity Fund

Aston Asset Management, LP (“Aston”) has announced a change in the subadvisory relationship for the ASTON/M.D. Sass Enhanced Equity Fund (AMBEX, AMDSX). Ronald L. Altman, portfolio manager of the Fund left M.D. Sass Investors Services and joined Anchor Capital Advisors LLC in June 2012. To ensure that the Fund remained under the uninterrupted, sole and exclusive management of Mr. Altman, the Board of Trustees of the Aston Funds (the Board) approved the appointment of Anchor Capital Advisors LLC as subadviser, effective June 30, 2012.
