Adding to your Account
1. Mail us a Check
You may add to any investment with a deposit of $50 or more. Please make your check payable to Aston Funds and be sure to write your account number on the check. Use the personalized investment slips you receive with your quarterly statements and daily transaction confirmations. These contain your preprinted name, address, fund name and account number.

2. Make Automatic Investments
A simple way to build your investments is to buy shares automatically. First you will need to authorize the transfer of money directly from your bank account. Next, decide on the amount you want to invest (it may be as little as $50). This amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on a monthly basis and deposited into the Aston Fund of your choice. To set up an Automatic Investment Plan complete section 4 and 5 of your Aston Funds account application, sign up for this feature when you set up your account online, through on-line account access, or by calling 800 992-8151 if you need additional assistance.
3. Buy Additional Shares by Phone or Online
Add to your investments by using our Automated Phone Line at 800 992-8151 or through online account access. To buy shares, you must first link your bank account to your mutual fund accounts. Once this is complete, you will be ready to make purchases easily, quickly and when it’s convenient for you.
If you would like to purchase shares electronically, you must make arrangements for electronic funds transfers using Automated Clearing House (ACH) procedures. This requires that you have certain bank account information on file with us so that funds can be transferred electronically between your mutual fund and bank accounts. There is no additional charge for this service, and it is easy to arrange.. As your needs evolve, shares of the same class may easily be exchanged from one Aston Fund to another Aston Fund, using any of the following options:
1. By Phone
When you call a shareholder service representative at 800 992-8151, you'll need your account number and Social Security Number to complete the transfer.
2. Using Our Automated Phone Line
It's easy and quick to make exchanges when you use our automated phone line. All you need are your account numbers and a personal identification number (PIN).
3. By Mail
Of course, you can exchange shares the traditional way by sending a letter signed by all registered owners. If you send a letter, please indicate the account numbers and dollar or share amounts for the accounts involved in the exchange.
Please note: This privilege is not designed for frequent trading and may be difficult to implement in times of drastic market changes. The Funds reserve the right to limit, impose charges upon, terminate or otherwise modify the exchange privilege by sending written notice to shareholders.
To redeem fund shares use any of the following options:
1. Direct Deposit to Your Bank Account
If you have set up a link between your bank account and your Aston Funds account, you can withdraw money from your mutual fund account and have it deposited directly to your designated bank account. When you make the transaction over the phone, your money will generally be credited to your bank account within three business days. To link your bank checking or savings accounts, call us at 800 992-8151, sign up for this feature through our on-line account Access, or download an account application, complete sections 4 and 5, and return to:

2. Make a Redemption by Phone
Telephone redemption requests are honored if you indicated this feature on your application. To initiate this feature, please call 800-992-8151 for further instructions Redemption checks are sent to the address of record. The maximum withdrawal by phone is $50,000 per account. Telephone redemptions are not available for a 30-day period after a change in your address. You will not be able to redeem IRA assets over the phone.
3. Make a Redemption Using Aston Funds' Automated Phone Line
Call 800 992-8151 any time to withdraw money using a touch-tone phone. Just have your PIN number and account number handy, and follow the automated instructions. We will send a check to the address of record. You must make prior arrangements for electronic funds transfer. This requires that you have certain bank account information on file with us so that funds can be transferred electronically between your mutual fund and bank accounts.
